KontoLink does one job properly: getting a document from a company to its accountant with enough context to be useful. Here is what that involves.

tells your accountant nothing. Every upload on KontoLink carries a required
note, so what arrives is not just a file but a file with a reason.
That single rule removes most of the back and forth at the end of a month: no "what is this one?", no "did you already send this?", no guessing which scan belongs to which supplier.

Feature by feature
Any file type
PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP, Excel, Word — anything except executables and scripts, which are refused for safety.
Sorted by month
You pick the accounting period once per batch. Closing November means opening November, not scrolling a year of attachments.
Large files, in pieces
Files are sliced in the browser and reassembled on the server. Hosting limits stop mattering and a dropped connection does not lose the whole upload.
Instant notifications
A card appears in the accountant's panel the second a file arrives, plus an e-mail if they want one. Nothing sits unnoticed.
You can see it arrived
Each document shows whether your accountant has opened it and when they downloaded it. No more "did you get my e-mail?"
Storage you control
Each company gets 2 GB with a clear meter. Delete what you no longer need — the space comes straight back — or ask us to raise it.
Private by default
Documents are stored outside the public web root. Every download passes an authorisation check, and only the linked office can reach them.
Change accountant freely
Regenerate your key and give the new one to your new office. The old one loses access immediately, and your documents stay yours.
Light and dark
The whole product follows your system theme, and you can override it. Both modes are designed, not one bolted onto the other.

Slovenian interface
The product is in English today. A full Slovenian translation is next, with a language switcher.
