1. Who you are contracting with

KontoLink is a service operated and provided by RamaPrint SH.P.K. ("we", "us"), the party responsible under these terms. Subscriptions are sold and invoiced by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record for those transactions.

2. What KontoLink is

KontoLink lets a company send documents to its accounting office, with a note on each file. We provide the platform only. We do not provide accounting, tax or legal services, we do not routinely access, review or use the contents of your documents for our own purposes, and KontoLink administrators have no application-level way to open or download them. We are not a party to the relationship between a company and its accounting office.

3. Accounts

There are two account types. A company account can upload documents once an accounting office activates it with the company's API key. An accounting office account must be approved by us before it can be used. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, and for keeping your password and API key confidential — anyone holding the API key can claim your company as their client.

4. Trial, subscription and price

A company receives a 3-day free trial, starting when its accounting office activates the account — not when you register. After the trial, continued uploading requires a subscription of 9.99 € per month or 99.90 € per year. Accounting office accounts are free of charge, with no limit on the number of companies they handle.

Prices are stated excluding applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. Paddle calculates, collects and remits VAT or other applicable taxes where required, and shows them separately at checkout and on the invoice. For eligible business customers, reverse-charge treatment may apply.

We may change prices for future billing periods. Existing subscribers are told at least 30 days in advance, and the change applies from the next renewal — never to a period already paid for.

5. Payment, invoices and cancellation

Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record. Card details are handled by Paddle and never reach our servers. Paddle collects any applicable VAT and issues the tax invoice; RamaPrint SH.P.K.'s own confirmation of payment is available from the billing page inside KontoLink.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charge is made. When a subscription lapses, the account keeps read-only access to documents already uploaded — nothing is deleted — only new uploads pause.

Subscriptions are purchased and managed only through the KontoLink website. The KontoLink mobile applications do not offer any purchase: they are used to send documents and to show the current state of the account.

6. Right of withdrawal

KontoLink is sold to businesses for use in their business activity, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not generally apply. Where it does apply, you may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing by writing to info@ramaprint.com. The free trial exists so you can decide before paying anything.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to store, transmit and display those documents to you and to the accounting office you are linked with. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use KontoLink to store or distribute unlawful material, to attempt to gain access to other accounts, or to disrupt the service. Executable and script file types are rejected at upload, and every uploaded file is scanned for malware; a file found to be infected is removed and both parties are informed. Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of documents that matter to you: KontoLink is a delivery channel, not your archive of record. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. A company that closes its account loses access immediately; documents it has already sent may remain available to its linked accounting office in accordance with the applicable retention rules and the accounting relationship between them. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law.

11. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; material changes are announced in the application and by e-mail before they take effect. The service is operated from Kosovo and these terms are governed by the law of Kosovo, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Subject to those mandatory rules, the courts of Kosovo have jurisdiction.
