Terms of service

1. Who you are contracting with

KontoLink is a service operated by PixelPlatform (“we”, “us”). KontoLink is the name of the product; PixelPlatform is the company you contract with, the party that issues your invoices, and the party responsible under these terms.

2. What KontoLink is

KontoLink lets a company send documents to its accounting office, with a note on each file. We provide the platform only. We do not provide accounting, tax or legal services, we do not read or check your documents, and we are not a party to the relationship between a company and its accountant.

3. Accounts

There are two account types. A company account can upload documents once an accounting office activates it with the company's API key. An accounting office account must be approved by us before it can be used. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, and for keeping your password and API key confidential — anyone holding the API key can claim your company as their client.

4. Trial, subscription and price

A company receives a 3-day free trial, starting when its accounting office activates the account — not when you register. After the trial, continued uploading requires a subscription of 14.99 € per month or 149.99 € per year. Accounting office accounts are free of charge, with no limit on the number of companies they handle.

Prices are stated in euro. Any applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout and on the invoice.

We may change prices for future billing periods. Existing subscribers are told at least 30 days in advance, and the change applies from the next renewal — never to a period already paid for.

5. Payment, invoices and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. Invoices are issued by PixelPlatform through Stripe and are available from the billing page inside KontoLink and by e-mail.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charge is made. When a subscription lapses, the account keeps read-only access to documents already uploaded — nothing is deleted — only new uploads pause.

6. Right of withdrawal

KontoLink is sold to businesses for use in their business activity, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not generally apply. Where it does apply, you may withdraw within 14 days of subscribing by writing to support@kontolink.si. The free trial exists so you can decide before paying anything.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to store, transmit and display those documents to you and to the accounting office you are linked with. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use KontoLink to store or distribute unlawful material, to attempt to gain access to other accounts, or to disrupt the service. Executable and script file types are rejected at upload. Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended.

9. Storage limits

Each company account includes a storage quota, shown on its dashboard. Uploads that would exceed the quota are refused. You can delete documents to free space, or ask us to raise the quota.

10. Availability and liability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of documents that matter to you: KontoLink is a delivery channel, not your archive of record. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. On closure, documents are deleted after a reasonable retention period; export what you need before closing.

12. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; material changes are announced in the application and by e-mail before they take effect. The service is operated from Slovenia and these terms are governed by Slovenian law, with the courts of Slovenia having jurisdiction.
